Board of Directors
Aron Ain joined our board of directors in April 2017. Since April 2020, Mr. Ain has served as the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of UKG Inc (Ultimate Kronos Group) following the merger of Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software. UKG is a leading global provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions. Prior to the merger and since 2005, Mr. Ain served as the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Kronos Incorporated. Mr. Ain joined Kronos in 1979 and held several leadership roles at the company prior to becoming chief executive officer. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College, on the Trustee Advisory Board of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and as Vice Chairman of the Massachusetts High Technology Council. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in economics and government from Hamilton College, Mr. Ain has participated in a series of executive education programs, including the AEA/Stanford Executive Institute at Stanford University.
Christopher FitzGerald has served as a member of our board of directors since 2007. Mr. FitzGerald served as a non-executive director of City Merchants High Yield Trust, a London based investment company (LON: CMHY), and The Intercare Group, a U.K. pharmaceuticals business. Mr. FitzGerald was also a member of the Committee of Executive Directors and General Counsel at NatWest Group plc. Before that, Mr. FitzGerald was a partner in the London law firm Slaughter and May, where he specialized in advising major financial services businesses. Mr. FitzGerald holds a Master of Arts in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
Robert Schechter joined our board of directors in January 2019. From 1995 to 2008, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of NMS Communications Corporation (now known as LiveWire Mobile, Inc.), a global provider of hardware and software solutions for the communications industry, and served as the chairman of its board of directors from 1996 to 2008. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of PTC Inc., a global provider of software solutions and related services for product development, and on the board of directors of Telaria, Inc., a provider of a software platform designed to manage premium video advertising. Mr. Schechter received a B.S. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Hagi Schwartz has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2015. In 2005, Mr. Schwartz founded Magnolia Capital, an investment advisory firm, where he was Managing Director. Mr. Schwartz is also a Venture Partner at Western Technology Investment, which he joined in 2011. Previously, Hagi was the CFO of several public and private technology companies including Check Point Software Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP), a leader in network security software, where he led the company through an IPO and follow-on financing. Prior to Check Point, Mr. Schwartz was Acting CFO and General Manager of Mercury Interactive. Mr. Schwartz has served on the Board of Directors of Silicon Graphics International, BigFix (high-performance enterprise systems and security management solutions), TUI University (regionally accredited, online university), Qualys, and other private companies. Mr. Schwartz has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
Stephen has over 20 years of experience in physical security, personal protection, fraud, cybersecurity and technology risk acquired throughout his career in both the private sector and the United States. Secret Service. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., he was active in multiple aspects of overseeing incident response, cyber intelligence, fraud investigations and risk. As an agent with the Secret Service, the breadth of his experience included physical protection, fraud and cybersecurity.
